Writing creative, strategic content for multiple businesses across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, and more.
Sourcing images for posts and creating supplemental graphics as needed. Editing Reels/Tik Toks. Setting up, managing, and reporting on paid campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
Pulling analytics and stats for client reports. Providing counsel to clients based on social media data.
Identifying new social platforms for clients and advising on expanding to new platforms. Staying connected with current trends and themes to ensure clients are appropriately relevant in their industries.
Email Marketing:
Designing email newsletters for multiple clients.
Curating content, linking images, writing descriptions.Deploying emails and reporting to clients on open rates, clicks, etc.
Developing strategic funnels.
Reviewing stats and advising clients on how to optimize current funnels, lead magnets, etc.
Writing monthly blogs for clients, utilizing keyword content strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years of experience managing social media for business. Agency experience and/or hospitality/travel/tourism industry experience is a plus.
A passion for creating fun and engaging content on social media. Impeccable grammar and knowledge of AP writing style.
Knowledge and experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. Experience in multiple email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, etc.
An eye for appropriate content for social media and other campaigns
A natural hack to write creative, unique, and professional copy. Understand different tones in content across platforms and industries based on each client’s brand.
Creative thinking, yet detail oriented with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
The ability to be productive in a remote work environment.
Open communication within a fully remote team.
Have a confident and positive personality – always excited to learn and grow.
Be able to manage their own deadlines and communicate updates with the team via Asana.
The position is a full-time, fully-remote, W2 position. Compensation depends on experience and performance.
